Founded 1975, WMHPC promotes awareness of the legacies of US Senator Wayne Morse and stewardship for historical resources at his family home, now a city park, in Eugene. Assists the City of Eugene in preserving the park as a National Historical Site; interprets a collection of Morse family and political memorabilia; offers the Wayne Morse Legacy Scholarship to inspire students to the Morse qualities of integrity, independence, strong principles, and commitment to public service.
