The MSFF seeks to encourage the work of amateur and professional filmmakers and to provide a venue where their work can be seen. The festival exposes filmmakers to technological and artistic aspects of the occupation and encourages innovation and excellence in the Arts. Finally, the festival connects local creators and the larger Yamhill community with artist from around the world through a variety of screenings, events and gatherings.
