The Newport Symphony Orchestra, which began in 1988, is the only year-round, professional symphony orchestra on the Oregon coast.
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in Oregon’s coastal communities with diverse, inspiring performances and engaging educational activities.
Adam Flatt is the Music Director and Conductor of the NSO, and popular actor and narrator David Ogden Stiers is our Resident Conductor.
