RACC

The Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC) strives to enrich the lives of the 1.8 million residents in the Portland, Oregon metro region including Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties through arts and culture. We provide grants and technical assistance; manage a widely-celebrated public art collection for Multnomah County; organize networking events, forums, and workshops; and conduct annual workplace giving with more than 50 companies and agencies through the Arts Impact Fund.
