SCRAP Creative Reuse founded in Portland Oregon is a national network of locally managed creative reuse centers in Portland OR, Ann Arbor MI, Richmond VA, and Baltimore MD. Our vision is that there is a creative reuse center in every city, town, business, school, and home.
